Anyway, I was watching the GOP debate in South Carolina last week and Mitthew Mitt Romney said “we can’t keep letting Congress expend their tentacles”

No, it was definitely expending. HAHAHAHA. Such a dumb word…I actually had to look it up. My little Mitthew is too smart for his own good!! I just love that man so much…but not really. Hahahaha
